The other day, my husband special requested jalapeno poppers. I had some stuff around the house and came up with this!
Ingredients
16 Jalapenos
16 slices Bacon
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 lb Italian Sausage
Method
Split and seed the jalapenos
Mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese and italian sausage. Stuff into jalapeno halves. Slice bacon in half and wrap one half around each jalapeno. Bake at 400 until bacon is crispy and sausage is cooked, 20 - 30 minutes.
